Deliveries are made by Courier-Sellers authorized by the Supplier and having appropriate IDs. We carefully pack the ordered goods in company cartons so that the products reach you in perfect condition.
Delivery price for purchases within Athens city limits:
○ for purchase orders worth over €80.00. free delivery
○ when ordering purchases worth PLN 40.00 to PLN 79.99. transport fee €3.50.
○ when ordering purchases worth up to €39.99. transport fee €5.50.
○ if delivery is impossible due to reasons attributable to the customer, the Seller has the right to demand a refund of delivery costs in the amount of €5.50.
Please note that the value of orders from several customers placed to the same address is added up.
Personal pickup of purchases in stores:

We make purchases for an amount of at least €25.00, without charging any additional fees.
Delivery times depend on the time of placing the order
Delivery rules depending on the time of placing the order:
§ an order placed by 08:59 is processed on the day of placing the order at 10:00 – 13:00 or at a later date / max. 3 days in advance
§ an order placed by 1:59 p.m. is processed on the day the order is placed at 15:00 – 18:00 or at a later indicated date / max. 3 days in advance
§ an order placed by 5:59 p.m. is processed on the day the order is placed at 19:00 - 21.00 or at a later indicated date / max. 3 days in advance
§ orders with "personal collection" are processed within the indicated deadline / max. 3 days in advance
In justified cases, we reserve the right to deactivate the availability of a given compartment earlier.
